The office was established by Adv. Shiri Kasher-Hitin and is managed by her.
Adv. Shiri Kasher-Hitin has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002,
and has been working as a lawyer in the field of intellectual property law on an
ongoing basis since then.
She has an LL.M. degree in Law from the University of Tel Aviv. She completed her
studies within the framework of the commercial course of studies, which included
specialization in the field of intellectual property law. She also holds a LL.B.
degree in Law from the University of Tel Aviv.
She is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
Over the years that she has been practicing, adv. Kasher-Hitin has accumulated extensive
experience in the field of intellectual property law while representing local companies,
foreign companies and independent artistes and designers.
She has managed and accompanied litigation procedures in the fields of trademarks,
copyrights, industrial designs and patents in court and before the registrar of
trademarks in the field of trademarks. Adv. Kasher-Hitin has also drafted licensing
agreements regarding patents and a variety of agreements for owners of copyrights,
actors and service providers in the field of television productions.

down on March 23, 2008) – A precedential ruling in the supreme court on the matter
of the proper extent of protection for a three-dimensional trademark;
Civil Procedure 5712/01 Yosef Barzani vs. Bezeq The Israeli Communications Company,
57 (6) 385 (handed down on August 11, 2003) – A precedential ruling in the supreme
court on the matter of a personal cause of action by a claimant in a class action
under the Consumer Protection Law.
